1. Deploying hands-on experience in assisting the team in conducting a protected survey in the targeted domain.

2. Conducting an extensive soil study in the proposed area for the purpose of Experimental Farming.

3. Identifying marginal farmers in the projected area with an objective of deploying them into Contract Farming.

4. Coordinating closely with the team in training and motivating the identified farmers for agricultural production.

5. Developing mutually beneficial relationships with farmers in the process of Contract Farming for ensuring continuous delivery in the value chain.

6. Oversee the design, development and process management of Contract Farming in the field.
