Will Texas A&M ever have a law school?

I have wanted to be a lawyer since i was 5 now im in high school and i really REALLY wanna go to University of Texas Agriculture and Machinery (A&M) it’s been my dream since i visited the campus back in elementary school. So by 2014 when i start my first year of basics (yeah im a sophomore) and when i finish my basics in 2018 is there a possibility of there being an established Law School?
ok i dont want to do anything else besides law (if im not a lawyer i will go for judge or tx supreme court)

There are already too many law schools. There are around 200 ABA-accredited law schools alone and that doesn’t even count the regionally accredited law schools. Law schools graduated over 40,000 JDs each year and there aren’t enough jobs for them, and thus the legal market probably couldn’t accommodate graduates from new law schools, as well. Also, the process for ABA accreditation is a long one, so even if A&M did decide to open a law school, the school wouldn’t be accredited by the time you could attend.

Honestly, for the best career prospects, try to get into UT-Austin. Best law school in Texas as long as you’re willing to stay in Texas afterward.
