Agronomy Salary
agronomy salary

I got a job offer today-They want to know what I want for a salary.?
So today I got offered a full-time position in the company I am doing an internship with. It is in an agronomy office, and when I come back I will be overseeing the sales, inventory and warehouse and all the billing for over $1 million in seed sales. They have been impressed with my work over the summer and say they need me to come back. My boss wants to know how much it will take to keep me out here.
Some info:
I will have completed my bachelor’s in Agriculture Business in 3 1/2 years with a 3.2 GPA
I will be a long way (350 miles) from home in a very secluded area (we have the only wal-mart within 150 miles)
I really have no idea where I need to start with a number for a salary.
Any advice?
Well-As far as what other people make in this position- It’s kind of hard to say because they are just adding this position under the sales manager. I really have no idea!
this is a bit challenging given the type of degree and remote location. this is one area where working for the government will typically pay higher than working in the private sector.
i would advise the following;
- do some web research (you are motivated enough so you probably have already)
- check with the placement office at your university
- consider the cost of living – probably a lot cheaper then working in the city
- think about ways you will be able to add value to the company, grow the business (pun intended) and not just same old story
- check with applicable sources like agronomy.org
probably in the 36-40k annual is a good range but do some research on your own to confirm

NHL Salary Cap $90.81 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The NHL Salary Cap is the limit to the total amount of money that National Hockey League teams are allowed to pay their players and uses a hard cap, meaning there are no luxury taxes or exemptions. The actual amount of the cap varies on a yeartoyear basis, and is calculated as a percentage of the Leagues revenue from the previous season; for instance, in 200708, the NHLs salary cap was approximately US50.3 million per team, and for the 200809 season it was 56.7 million. Like many professional sports leagues, the NHL has a salary cap to keep teams in larger markets (with more revenue) from buying all of the top players and extending their advantage over smallermarket franchises. The 200910 salary cap has been set at 56.8 million. Author: Surhone, Lambert M./ Tennoe, Mariam T./ Henssonow, Susan F.
