Any realtors, help me please?

I am doing a project in my home and interior design class about careers in the housing department. I chose realtor and i was wondering if anyone would like to take the time to answer some questions about the job for me? If so I would really appreciated it

1.How many hours do you work?
2.Please describe the education and training you had to complete for this job
3.How long have you worked in this occupation?
4.What are the responsibilities you have as a realtor?
5.What’s it like on a typical day of work?
6.How many homes/properties are you currently marketing?
It has to be some interveiw type thing

1. Right now, 15-20 hours a week (before I was working 40-60hr weeks).
2. Take the pre-licensing course and pass all the homework. Take my licensing exam and take my post-licensing course. Also, keep up with all the mandatory courses needed per cycle (every 2 years).
3. 2 years.
4. Communicating with clients, other realtors and the general public. Providing statistical information and also advice. Always being on time, or at least communicating with other parties if I’m going to be running late (not after I’m already late and apologizing). Marketing a property to the best of my ability through eblasts, website exposure, video tours, professional photographs, flyer drops, newspaper, etc, guiding my clients through the entire process.
5. Answering a lot of phone calls, doing a lot of CMAs (comparative market analysis), driving to meet with clients, showing homes, making offers, dealing with counters, meeting with home inspectors etc.
6. Right now, none. But I have two buyers.
