Who can solve this question?

Okay, at a store where they sell farm animals there is a HUGE sale on Chickens, Pigs, and Cows. Chickens cost 5 cents each, Pigs cost $1 each, and Cows cost $5 each. How do you get 100 total animals for $100 exactly?

You could just get 100 pigs for $100.

But if you need at least on of each animal:

80 Chickens
1 Pig
19 Cows

You know you can’t have more than 20 cows or you’ll exceed $100.

You also know that the number of chickens has to be a multiple of 20. (If the number of chickens is a multiple of twenty, then you will get full dollar values like $1, $2…) you need these nice round numbers to get exactly $100.

You also know that whatever dollar val. the number of chickens comes out to the number of pigs will have to make the sum equal to a multiple of $5.
In other words, if chickens total $3, then the pigs have to be $2, $7, $12, $17…

Fiddling with these rules I got my answer.
