Where can a 16 year old find a ranch/farm job?
I’m 16 years old and I want to work on some sort of ranch over the summer while school is out. I’ve been looking everywhere online but I can’t find anything. All I want is to work on a farm taking care of animals such as horses and doing some handy work; repairing fences, cleaning stalls, feeding animals, etc. I’ve also been looking for a place around where I live, somewhere in Texas but it can also be in Oklahoma. I can’t find anything!!
Go to the local feed store and put your name in. Ask the clerks if they know of any ranchers that are looking for a reputable guy to help out this summer.
