Why does my Giants Game Engine keep failing?

I want to play ls 2011 (farming simulator 2011) i bought it and downloaded it, i went to play it, but all i was able to do was get to the main menu, when i went to play career, missions, and even multiplayer all that happened was it would say it was loading but then a message would appear and say the GIANTS Game Engine Has Stopped Working, and then i decided to download the demo of the game, and the same exact thing happened. Does anyone know what is going on or what might be going on? i thought that the game might have downloaded wrong so decided to try the demo.. but the same thing happened.. are the requirements to play ls 2011 the same as 2009? i have 2009 and that works fine! but any help or suggestions are appreciated ! thanks!
