landlord evicting my farm animals?

i have had a lease on a house with 11 acres for 3 1/2 yrs my lease expires in july1 08 i told my landlord i was not going to renew the lease because he has taken the barn and pasture away and has sqeezed me on less than an acre he lives in san francisco but comes here whenever he wants day or night even 1 a.m he moved a travel trailer here and stays two to three days a week i have 16 miniature pygmy goats chickens 6 geese and a potbelly pig and 3 dogs and now all of a sudden he demands me to get rid of them by feb 26 08 i told him i would be moved out by the expiration of the lease but he said he didnt care he needs the space also he was notified dec 19 when he did an inspection of my home with his ins agent (gave me a four day notice) that numerous electrical outlets are black and dont work the kitchen sink wont drain i have to wash in the tub two windows are broken (very old single pane broke from storm) he has failed to fix anything pls help with any suggestions thank you

If your lease is for the 11 acres he can’t make you leave early if you are paying the rent. He has no right to move a trailer on to stay in either. He must fix the problems contact your local landlord tenant group to find out your rights.
I hope you can find a new place to rent when your lease is up or buy a place so you don’t have to try to get all those animals to fit in an apartment.
Maybe if you can find a new place he will let you out of your lease early.

Four escutcheon pieces with screws. The WHUMSB under mount support bars install just like closet poles, horizontally under the sink. The escutcheon pieces screw directly into the cabinetry. Slide the bar into the round escutcheon, and then drop the bar into the cupped escutcheon. A few tips: Do not use a level on the bars! As the sinks are hand finished, they may not be level themselves. Put one screw into each escutcheon to hold it in place, and then put the sink onto the bars to check the height and level of the sink. Remove the sink and move the escutcheons accordingly. The sink will ideally be flat and level with the top of the cabinetry. Once the escutcheons are properly placed, put in the rest of the screws and place the sink on top of the bars. This kit is used for supporting your farm sink from beneath by mounting to the interior cabinet walls. It is also possible to create your own supporting beams with any metal rod or pipe and even with 2×4′s. Many simply prefer this ready to use kit which saves time and looks more esthetic.
