Animal Farm. the Assassination of Comrade Snowball. George Orwell (Eric Blair)..mp4
Question about George Orwell’s Animal Farm…?
In my class, we’re doing a unit about Animal Farm, a book by George Orwell. We are supposed to state which characters represent who in the Soviet Union at the time. For example, Napoleon represents Joseph Stalin. Now my question: Who does Clover represent?
(for those who haven’t read the book, don’t answer this question)
Clover represents “the working classes” or “the regular folks”. She’s a kind-hearted hard worker, and realizes the pigs are up to something, but she’s not smart enough or brave enough to do anything about it.
I love that book!
