Does anyone know of a Fed Grant program to assist in paying for housing for family farm workers?

My son has been helping us out around the farm quite a lot in the last several months. He wants to move closer to the farm. I’m wondering if there are any grants available to assist him with the expense of building a home on the land that he inherited. Please Please help!!!
