What can you do with miniature horses?

So I was casually browsing on a shetland farm website near me,and a foal named daffodil caught my eye. I wouldn’t normally consider a Shetland, but as I said, I really did take to this horse. She will be put up for sale November. They will be asking within the region of £300-£600 I think. I could make that amount by then. Daffodil will be 9/10 months old by then. Experience wise, I do share a full size horse twice a week so I know more or less what I’m doing and I also have something to ride so i don’t get bored. But just in case, what can you do with Shetland rather than just use as a companion? Thank you.
Ps- no “wise guy” answers. Sensible only please.

Ps- I doubt very much that I could drive her, I haven’t got a cart and I don’t know how to. There is. A local Shetland show four times a year, daffodil has excellent markings and is registered so I’m sure shell be placed, but I’m talking on a day-to-day basis here. Fun things to do with a Shetland? 4. Brood mare (my pony’s dam was a shetland and his sire was a QH, so he’s the perfect size for kids lessons or shorter people like me)

8. Lunging
9. Trick horse (bow, rear, lay down, count, etc… if a trick horse is good enough, it could be used in plays and movies!)
10. Light or weighted cart pulling
11. You know how some people bring dogs to hospitals to cheer up patients? I’ll bet they could do that with a pony too!
